Privacy Policy

Plain-English version: we collect very little, share less, and never sell. The longer version below explains specifics for people who need them.
Who we are
Caltra Advisory (https://caltraadvisory.com) is operated by Caltra Group LLC, based in the DMV. For privacy questions, email david@caltragroup.com.
What we collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, you give us your name, email address, optionally your company name, and your message. That's it.
Information collected automatically. When you visit any page, our analytics provider (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) records anonymous, aggregated traffic data: page views, approximate country, device type, and basic performance metrics. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are emailed to us so we can respond to your inquiry. We may keep them in our email archive as a record of the conversation.
Analytics data is reviewed in aggregate to understand which content is useful. We never tie analytics data to individual people.
Who else sees it
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run this site. They see your data only in service of running the site, never for their own purposes:
- • Resend delivers contact-form emails (privacy)
- • Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics (privacy)
- • Google Workspace handles our email and search indexing (privacy)
We do not use advertising networks. We do not share or sell your personal information.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Vercel Analytics is cookie-less by design. The only cookies that may appear are first-party operational cookies (e.g. session state if a future feature requires it).
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- • Tell you what data we have about you
- • Correct anything that's wrong
- • Delete your data
- • Send you a portable copy
California residents (CCPA): we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The rights above apply.
EU and UK residents (GDPR): we process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the contact form) or our legitimate interest (basic, aggregated analytics). The rights above apply, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email david@caltragroup.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Contact form submissions: kept indefinitely unless you request deletion. Analytics: aggregated only, no individual retention.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if our practices change, and update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
